How do I authenticate my server on Plutonium?

context: I have a server on COD WAW MP that I host on a notebook. Meanwhile, I use my desktop PC to join and play on this server. However, recently I changed routers and so I was no longer able to log into my server. When I try to log in, this print error message appears:!
I can see that my server is running normally, as if I hadn't changed routers. The problem is just that I'm no longer able to log into this server via my desktop computer. I also tried logging into the server via my laptop, but the same message appears.
So I wanted to know what I can do to fix this. I don't know why suddenly my server is no longer being authenticated, and the only thing I changed was the router.
