Everyone Except Host Kicked Out On Starting First Game

Everyone except the host gets kicked out of a lobby upon starting a private match, and everyone has to rejoin session in progress to play, but after that, it doesn't kick anyone when starting the second game onward, unless the host puts zombies_minplayers 4 in the console before starting the first match, in which case it works the first time. Any ideas on how to fix this?
