For those that are able to install Plutonium through Lutris, installed the BO2 game files through Lutris with a setup.exe, but are having issues launching the game in LAN mode (because Steam Deck) (maybe the game doesn’t launch, or maybe the game launches to a white screen and crashes):

I found that it was very important to launch the game by setting Plutonium’s BO2 directory (in Plutonium GUI, during SETUP or after in the game config) to use a subdirectory of Plutonium’s Lutris installation directory. Lutris installations provide the “dosdevices” folder, allowing access back up to the root. So, from within Plutonium’s Lutris folder, navigate back up to the root, and from there you can navigate down to the BO2 game files. And once successfully launchable through Lutris, use Lutris to add the Steam Shortcut.

Didn’t need any fancy setup commands or opened the console during the process. Smooth game play as well - haven’t configured the Steam inputs to use controllers yet through (it’s on KBM mode but I want my controller aim assist to work)
