DPI Scaling Behavior on Plutonium Overlay?

Hi, quick QOL question - is there any way to have the Plutonium Overlay DPI scale properly to the resolution being used? I play at 5120x2880 (6K DLDSR), and I can't read the server browser for pub zombies games because it's far too small. Similar issue for 4K, but more manageable I suppose.
I've overridden the scaling behavior on the plutonium.exe and both Black Ops .exes, with no luck.
Is there something I'm missing, or is this fixable? Does the overlay have its own config file?

CTRL+Mousewheel UP on the server browser.
