Error when trying to launch BO1

I installed every redist and it's still not working. I even tried fitgirl's repack of BO1 when i tried to launch it it just gave an "Fatal Error"

Also I am on AtlasOS windows 11, and I downloaded the game files thru the torrent file you guys used to provide.
