I Can't load into a match in BO2 MP

i have been running into a problem lately with black ops 2 multiplayer. whenever i try to load into a match my game kicks me out and gives me "fatal error" and "UI error". i have tried connecting to multiple servers but i keep ending up with the same result.

Depressed
UI Error usually means your stats are corrupted, execute the commandresetstatsvia the ingame console. Unlocking extra class slots causes this so don't do that.
