Can't load into a zombies session

Whenever I try to play a zombies match the screen looks like this. It also stays frozen on the loading screen. I have tried verifying the games files but always get the same result of "2 files failed to validate and will be reacquired" but nothing changes. Unsure what to do, thank you.

You don't have the DLCs installed which is why your images are missing textured. You need to install them from Steam, other sources are not supported.

Ahh I see, I remember there used to be a download through plutonium for the DLC's. I'd assume that's no longer a thing and I'd have to buy them from steam correct?
