    i face this error when trying to open bo1 on plutonium .

    also i dont have any antivirus installed and the windows defender is completely disabled

      Could be a combination of a Direct X Error and broken game files.

        FutureRave so my possible solutions are reinstall direct x and recheck the game files?

          I think so. This error is somewhat common but I have not found a link between users and I suspect it's because the files may not be good.
