Server disconnected - timed out COD WAW error

So, my friend wants to play cod waw on plutonium, and when he tries to join some server, he wait for lile 2 minutes and just it says to him server disconnected. Anyone fix??

Yes, very easy fix even, make sure the client finishes loading before it times out.
