Question | How can friends join servers together and be on the same team?

I wanted to be able to play this game with 2 of my friends on the same server. Unfortunately because of team balancing being automatic, the server splits us up. Is it possible for us to join the same server and be able to play on the same team without auto team balance splitting us up?

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
