Game crashing on certain mp servers (modded?)

I have tried many of the solutions that have been posted in previous threads, specifically everything on the pluto docs as well as what i have found searching through these forums
I only crash on some servers, possibly ones with mods because many have been mapvote servers tho im not 100% sure, other servers work fine, have reinstalled pluto, verified game files for bo2 on steam, updated graphics drivers, added an exception for pluto in my firewall, run DISM scans, disabled any overlays i could find, still crashing on specific servers and i always wait for the sever list to load before i join, any help would be appreciated
