Where can I locate the Wolf Counter Script for MOTD?

This script is used in the SuperMeowMeow Vanilla MOTD Server and I have been trying to find it on the forum but I am unable to. I am not sure how to make scripts or I would do it myself.

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
