i hope i get help i can't launch [plutonium] unless i use vpn
this is what i get when i launch it without vpn i searched the site in the exe still no results

Well your ISP is blocking it, using vpn is your only solution unless you change ISP. What's the problem with vpn anyways? You just use it to get in to the main menu, after that disable it so you can play on the servers which disallow vpn.
