i know it has something to do with the res on my screen but ive tried the lowest setting ive tried just about everything i can think of and still no progress please someone give me some ideas on this issue

im having the same problem but its only happening on origins.this sucks because i cant go higher than round 5. and i've been looking for answers but until now i haven't found any fix....
