When I open WAW it closes. I've tried to delete Plutonium and redownload it but, it doesn't work. Also the resolution is buggy.

Go to Steam, then do right click on the game, go to properties, then do a click on the option “Installed files”. And finally click the option “verify integrity of game file”

This piece of advice will resolve all your bugs. It certainly could be a file that is corrupted. -
