BAN APPEAL

So I just got permanently banned for cheating on Black Ops 2 when I wasn't cheating. I don't fully understand why I was wrongfully banned, I don't have anything installed, I don't even mod anything so I don't really know why I was permanently banned. If there's an admin or someone that can help me with this I would appreciate it very much. I got a VSAT and my team kept getting a VSAT so we just had it up the whole time. I didn't do anything and if there was an exploit that happened then I just wasn't aware of it, I was legit just playing then boom banned.

Are you sure you have a platform wide ban from us and not just a server ban?

Just like Xerxes said, you are not banned from Plutonium. You seem to be very confused.
None of the servers you connect to are hosted by Plutonium, the community hosts them and they can do pretty much whatever they want with it and ban anyone they like for whatever reason.
If you want to appeal, contact that server owner. You probably won't be able to reach them here since you forgot to mention any details that would identify the server you were playing on when you got banned.
