What to do If Error: "Can't join game session comes"?

I am trying to play BO2 with my friend but it is always popping up the Error:"Can't join game session". What can we do.

Check that the external IP in-game is the correct IP. From the main menu, click on Options > System Info, and check that the External IP is NOT: 0.255.0.255 If it is, restart your game and check again. Repeat until it changes. Have all of your friends do this.
