Error for cmd

I keep getting this idk why i typed it right

Also you need to open cmd in the folder that contains plutonium.exe, does C:\Users\20233012 contain plutonium.exe?
hold shift and right click on an empty space in the folder that contains plutonium.exe -> open powershell window here.
