crash code: 0xC0000005 | 0x0054162C

So I have tried the fixes of other posts about this error, but couldn't get to fix it fully:
so what happens?
after I enter a servers with players, my game crashes just after leaving the loading screen, sometimes I can play for few seconds before it crashes again.
I noticed when i enter a server with no players or a small number of players i can play normally
i'm on windows 10 with steam installation, i dont use antivirus
this is what i see most of the times when the game crashes just off the loading screen, (yes i was with steam overlay on but i tried with steam closed too. just using as a example)also my game crashed once when i went to change a key binding, on a server with a very few players.
I verified the game files a few times too.
what else can I do?

only things connected to my pc are my wireless mice and headset, and wired keyboard, monitor and internet cable

I have the exact same problem. I have completely reinstalled Black Ops 2 and removed the Plutonium installation files. I find this issue seems to affect me on the majority of servers but not all of them. I can still play on a very small number of servers without any issues.
I have tried updating GPU drivers and the Plutonium software is completely excluded from my antivirus software. T6 used to run perfectly for me and then about 1-2 months ago this issue started happening out of the blue. I can use the other games with plutonium without issues. It is literally only Black Ops 2. -
Interesting how you three with the "same" issue all fail to read the error message.
Without the needed information there is no reason the even think about asking our dev team to take a look at it. -
I was just sharing my experiences with the equivalent error code stated above. I have read the error messages in the dump files. It was honestly just an oversight on my part not mentioning the actual error message.
The exception information is: The thread tried to read from or write to a virtual address for which it does not have the appropriate access. -
Xerxes What info do you need?

I have the same problem, this error has started from nowhere. I have reinstalled all the bo2 files and I still have the problem. I didn't modify anything on my PC or the bo2 files either.

Brother, I have the same problem and in the CMD I get the message
"
Hitch warning: 6484 msec frame on main thread
-two more times the same thing with different number-
a critical exception occurred!
exception code: 0xc0000005
exception Address: ...an exception ocurred! writing minidump..."
I don't know how to solve it

Same for me. Same error, seemingly out of nowhere, since a few days ago. Can't join any multiplayer servers for more than 30 seconds before crashing out. Uninstalled and re-installed several times. Verified game and system files. Updated drivers. Added as an exception to MS Antivirus. Nothing works

I was linked to this forum post by one of the staff, so I'm hoping it's a temporary issue that will get fixed soon. For now though, I just can't play.

Did this get fixed? I'm having the same issue

Peddie tB to avoid this error, do the following before joining a server: open the party privacy menu, set the player limit to 1, then set it to the max value (18 for Multiplayer).

Hadi77KSA thank you so much, this is the first time since i started playing again, that i can stay on a server for more than literally 5 seconds
