Got temp banned from the server, see screenshot, does this mean I was spam reported?
Server was [ N U K 3 T O W N ] TDM 24/7.

It means you got reported multiple times on a server that does ban people after too many reports.
If it was spam or not is not something we can judge from a single screenshot.
