Game lagging

I used to get a minimum of 90 fps upto 140 fps before the recent update with max settings but after the update reaching 50 fps is hard even is lower settings. I have GTX 1050ti with I7 8th gen and 8Gb ram. Please reply me ASAP with a solution as the game is getting uplayable

i have basically your same specs ,and i get 30 fps 80% of the time .But when i'm on certain spots it gets up to 160.Can you please send a screenshot of your settings because i don't get why this happens
