Server disconnected

Every time i try to play zombies with my friends or alone i get an error "Server Disconnected". This error happens once every two matches, it do not happen randomly. My PC is good enough to load the game before 5 minutes, good internet connection and my nat is open.
this Error only happens when i play alone or with my friends, every time i tried to join a hosted server on the server browse it works perfect.
