Black ops 2 zombies lag

I recently bought black ops 2 from steam to play zombies, and have downloaded the DLCs from... other websites. whenever i load into the maps certain names are reading as "zm_challenge" and things like this. It is also very laggy and my controller has bad input delay every couple of seconds. Anyone know a fix?

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
