help!!! Im stuck at this prompt screen

I own the game on steam and i also did the anti-virus trick. And i verified the integrity of bo2. I even tried deleting the app and redownloading but everything i tried did not work. When I try to play it this pops up and its stuck at this prompt. HELP

Can you double check if the game is somewhere opened in the taskbar? By hovering the cmd icon for example. Or are you 100% sure there's only this terminal?

Resxt I checked and I'm sure it's just this prompt screen.

Os_Hatred then you may have something holding the process (antivirus, overlay, driver, Avermedia, RTSS and so on)
