map list not appearing on public matches

Hey! im trying to play bots through public matches to get camos done, as i dont wanna just drag and drop a file and be done with it. so when i pick a game mode and start loading up the match, no matter how long i wait the map pick vote is not appearing, it seems to just sit like this
no matter how long i wait i cant get the map voting to appear, so because of this i cant do "xpartygo" to start the match and add bots, any one know whats going on? thank you so much for any and all help!

Averyx There is no matchmaking, you're gonna have to join a server via the serverlist (F10 or home button). I don't think camo unlocks work properly atm tho.
