Think some people fail to understand the reason behind this temp ban. I think a lot of good can come from this. Pluto's entire reason for existence is to give people a safe place to come and play some of the best games. They've given us a place to be creative and provide people with a unique experience with some of their favorite games. Some of us myself included have taken advantage of the situation by profiting off of THEIR hard work. all though some of us server owners have put countless hours into our work its nothing compared to the time the Pluto team has put into Plutonium. All though i currently pay $446 a month to keep my servers up I do so for the same reason Pluto does. If Plutonium is not aloud to publicly accept $ support then i should not be able to either. I will take all In game purchases out of my shop and make them available based on the players rank / prestige.
P.s I don't charge over $35 Lifetime for my VIP for those servers out there that are charging $30+ monthly or $100+ lifetime I ask you to be transparent with your cost or at least make the cost reasonable. Thank you for your time, Happy Gaming

Malyyz The post you intended to spread the awareness of kiels "Serial Scammer" is a lie of yours. Kiels never scammed anyone in fact, he always refunded the necessary reasonable requests. You do not get refunded when violated the game's rules, such as cheating. In the ToS he mentions that when you get banned from the server (in game) that's when you do not get refunded. You've clearly tried to take advantage of his ToS by interpreting it in other ways. From the time you created this post until now, you have been spreading fake statements about him being a 'scammer'. Z-Tavern is clearly the best on whole BO2 Zombies Plutonium, and Eizekiels his work is impacting Plutonium's activity. I'm sure Eldor does not appreciate false accusations that overdramatizes the situation. I do not think that Kiels and his work is being appreciated by clowns (who spread these false accusations) at this point. Stop trying to decrease plutonium's activity by spreading further fake statements. But at least, this forum post was a nice free marketing for Z-Tavern. I hope to see more activity on Z-Tavern servers in 12 days. Thank you in advance

plus all those are a year older and mostly speaking about in game money, yes kiels do refund but only for recent purchase (mainly because he can't and obviously if everyone refund their stuff when they quit, no money can be made) it doesn't mean it's ok to make people pay for raid pass then releasing it for free to a bunch of people on discord litteraly the next day, nobody is against kiels making some cash with the server, the main issue is the constant focus on money, every decision made in the last month as been about money (even in vc), money transaction now negativly impact the community ( privatization of server for money) instead of helping it, nobody had an issue with the old shop aside from the few p2w claim (which i don't think it was and got smaller as the time went by), kiels decided to remove it in order to provide a f2p experience for the community despite everyone telling him that while it was apreciated, it wasn't sustainable in the long run which kiels denied saying the funding were good, now he backpedal and the next day we see auction going over 100$, ofc some people won't have it

You act as if the title is just to attract attention to bring up kiels his behaviour towards his staff. In regards to his behaviour towards his staff (seems like you want to talk about it a lot and won't stop until we talk about it), the language used may appear harsh (he recognized it and apologized). But know that as the owner of the server, Kiels reserves the right to manage his staff team as he sees fit. You are correct that kiels could have departed on better terms with his staff member but however, using personal matters to attract plutonium forum members on fake statements about him scamming people? Well that's questionable.

do you really think ztav is playable without the discord server?
because it's all dependent on the community(which he clearly had no respect to and obviously only started showing some since the ban he got) and the interactions with other members.
getting shut from the community is literally him pushing them out of ztav, not forcing tho, but pushing.lastly the reason behind all of this is to bring recognition to the fact that he is a greedy selfish guy who never gave a fk about his community and exploited all those who were close to him for free help.

Xerxes Did you mean to reply to Malyyz ? If no, my bad for wording the part about "proof of refunds" poorly. I meant to say that people can view in-game point refunds in the server public chats but for money refunds Eizekiels is willing to show any necessary proof to Plutonium's staff where he clearly refunded people.
TrazTv13 Shoutout to you my guy for sharing those screenshots, as you plutonium staff can see, everything you guys needed to know is written there. It is also crucial for everyone here to understand that english is not everyone's main language here so I highly recommend to question before taking actions to not further escalate the situation.
Blaze the cat I understand the situation regarding luffy paying for the raid pass while some other guy gets it for free. However, I hope you do realize that the distributed paid products from Kiels to his community fall under the category of "Giveaways," which are used to maintain entertainment within a community. I never thought that elaborating on this would be necessary. Many other communities host "giveaways" for community engagement purposes.

I would suggest listening to Xerxes and stop spreading screenshots that aren't true.I don't know whether you're arguing this because you're trying to get some praise from Kiels or fellow peers but this needs to end now.
The punishment has been given out, its a 2 week ban. You're acting like this is a permanent ban. This is just meant to set Kiels straight and give him time to think about does he really want a community, or the money?
Also, I find it funny how fast you switched sides, maybe delete messages to make your arguments more credible

Do you even know what Kiels his plan was for Z-Tavern?
Clearly not he planned to make Z-Tavern F2P (Free to Play) but instead of making it he turned around to yeah lets make a lot of money and fk f2p he tried to get as much money as possible.
Also the best thing for me is that the excuses for the banning were „while under influence“ so it’s alright that he banned us cuz he under influence dafuq. Ultra just wait one day you will see. -
Ultrabars the thing is it's still not ok to do that, he made that decision on a whim because he was under the influence, the thing is that it keep hapenning every day and most of thoose decision have terrible consequence (a guy litteraly got 1m zcoins for free and became first zcoins for no reasonn might seem small with everything that's going on rn but it allways some dumb shit like this) i think kiels gave that raid pass because he thought that was funny while under influence whille disregarding luffy's support, i can't speak for luffy and i think he doesn't mind but that doesn't make it ok. The real question rn is: Is kiels making refund while breaking his TOS out of the kindness of his heart or just because plutonium is on his ass? My point is while i want to believe that kiels appologie was geniune, i also think it will happened again just because of his weed problem, i can't exacly force him to stop since that his personnal problem but for the 11 month i've been on this server, every stupid decision made by kiels was when he was under the influence, the way i see it, it will happen again one way or another if he doesn't stop

Your accusations of me trying to get praise from anyone is not true. I'd recommend you not to make false accusations a habit of yours, such behaviour may lead to consequences. Any further replies from individuals outside the Plutonium's staff are deemed unnecessary and an over dramatization of the situation. I believe I have clearly articulated my words to the Plutonium's staff and to you regarding your gaslighting. False accusations are a serious matter, and I suggest you refrain from making them.
