Did OMEN Gaming Hub or Palworld update get me banned? LOL

I was playing solo town survival and I took a break once I reached round 30 and tabbed out. I opened Steam and started to update Palworld and opened up OMEN Gaming Hub to update that and also started to clean my PC of unwanted files and etc. After all that finished up, I tabbed back into zombies just for my game to lose connection of my game and I exited and tried to reboot. Next thing I know, I'm banned for 7 days. I'm not mad and all (will wait these 7 days out) but it'll be very funny if those update caused me to get banned. And for anyone saying "you definitely injected", buddy... why would I mod solo zombies w/o using LAN mode...
