LZR Turner Don't download random dll files from the internet, that's not gonna work.
binkw32.dll is part of bo2 so either:- your bo2 game installation is missing files, in that case put piry.exe (https://piry.plutonium.pw/piry.exe) into your bo2 folder and run it.
- you didn't select the correct filepath to your bo2 installation in the launcher.
