Click on game settings beside play on the launcher, and select your correct bo2 folder.

LZR Turner Don't download random dll files from the internet, that's not gonna work.
binkw32.dll is part of bo2 so either:

• your bo2 game installation is missing files, in that case put piry.exe (https://piry.plutonium.pw/piry.exe) into your bo2 folder and run it.
• you didn't select the correct filepath to your bo2 installation in the launcher.
