I Can't Play MW3/BO2 Campaign And I Own Them All On Steam

I'm trying to play MW3 and BO2 campaigns and ever since I downloaded plutonium for multiplayer and zombies, I haven't had access to my steam version of the game to boot up and play. When I try to boot up the steam version I will load like it is booting up and then It will quit. Do I need to remove it from plutonium in order to play it?
