it says your isp is blacklisted from server i have done nothing wrong

pls remove me from blacklist.If your ISP is blacklisted it means the Internet Service Provider that enables your Internet (the company you get Internet from) is blacklisted or they've blacklisted the server.
It's not your IP address that's blacklisted. You'd have to use a VPN to get around this or change your Internet Service Provider.
