Not being able to join any server

So when i try to join a public zombies server or a multiplayer it says "You have been disconnected from the call of duty black ops 2 servers" What does that mean? do i need to buy the game?

Same issue my friends having i hope someone answers it.

Well could I see a error? Matchmaking doesn't work btw, you have to manually join dedicated servers. F10 or home keys open up the server browser.
