WaW Mod Download keeps freezing on certain servers

I have no idea what is causing this to happen, it's only certain servers where it downloads fine for a few seconds then just immediately freezes with 0 progress, no error message or anything to make me think I have something wrong on my end. I retry the same map to see if something is up and sometimes it downloads a little bit more or less. I don't know if anyone else has had the same issue. The screenshot is what it looks like when it gets stuck, nothing out of the ordinary just frozen.
