MW3 game is running but stuck minimized

When i try to enter the game it opens but i cant take it form minimized. Tried reinstalling, tried alt+enter, tried r_fullscreen 0 but it says unknown command, please help me.

Hi!
Open "C:\Users\YourUser\AppData\Local\Plutonium\bin" and on these files:
· plutonium-launcher-win32.exe
· plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe
Right click -> Properties -> Compatibility -> tick Disable fullscreen optimizations
And that should do it.

Change your video settings without crashing the game (borderless windowed)
Make sure your game is closed before doing that.
Go in this folder%localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\iw5\players.
Then openconfig_mp.cfgwith the notepad to edit it.
Findr_displayModeand change it to be like this (you can use ctrl+f to search for it):
seta r_displayMode "windowed (no border)" -
