Black ops 1 crashing when loading into a zombies map or connecting to server (steam version)

When i load black ops 1 normally, the game crashes on start up or if i am lucking enough to start the game and load a normal map of zombies (any map) it will crash mid loading and i have done everything possible on the internet to fix it still nothing, now when i use plutonium it does let me into the main menu without crashing but if i connect to a server or just load a solo game of zombies it always crashes mid joining or mid solo cutscene saying "ooops" "ID: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" "crash-dump" i have tried literally everything the internet has to offer can't get the game to run with and without plutonium (steam version) my spec are better than what the game is asking for.
