Oops plutonium run into problem

Please help, I'm not sure what to do or how to fix this. I've reinstalled plutonium and BO2 I own BO2 on steam and downloaded the DLCs if that helps any.. I've reinstalled DirectX, Microsoft runtime. etc. This has been happening since i downloaded the game it was fine until i reset my pc. not sure what has changed the game from working. Thanks in advance!
