Unable to change prestige and prestige level. HELP!

Hello i have been trying to change my prestige but nothing seems to be working, this message pops up everytime i restart the game after having changed my prestige.ofcourse i have used to right commands such as statsetbyname plevel 6 and statsetbyname rankxp 1746200
this tho works only sometimes and when it does the message pops up after restarting.
Naturally i also reseted my stats before trying to change the prestige.I really need help! did anyone have the same problem and found a solution or am i just not doing things rright?

so i did a little experimenting and i found out that changing the prestige only works for prestige 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15. All the other dont work for me, or i am just doing it wrong.

Since some changes were introduced more than a year ago everyone has that issue with using commands to change stats
