i want to grind for weapons and their attachments

right now all the weapons and their attachments are unlocked for me .
i play only with bots not with real players
is there any command or mods that can lock all the weapons and unlock each by leveling up ?
and no i didn't use unlockall command

I don't see any play match or start game button in public match section
and they want me to reach level 4 to create class in public match
i just want to play with bots and unlock weapons and level them up with BOTS -
Then you need to host a local dedicated server
There's no progression in custom games, just like on Steam/console
