Zombies stats reset

Is there a way to reset some stats of zombies, like max round reached, without resetting rank and others? Id like to get RGun persistent perk but dont want to reset all the ranks etc.

If you know the codename of the stat, then yeah, using the following in the console:
statsetbyname <statname> <value>
In your case, you’d use it like this:
statsetbyname pers_max_round_reached 0
