Custom Prestige an Rank WaW

Hi I see a lot of people using statsetbyname plevel 1-15 for prestige and statsetbyname xp for experience but that does not seem to be a valid command in the T4 console. Is there any way to set a custom prestige and rank in T4 waw? I know you can edit the binary file. If anyone with experience could provide me with the memory address and hex values I need to edit to set a specific prestige and rank that would be much appreciate (Specifically prestige 3 rank 23 as this is where I left off on xbox 360 all those years ago). Or if their is another way please let me know. Thanks!
