Problem connecting with a friend

We have tried everything. Open the router ports (it still puts moderate nat), add exceptions to the Windows firewall... nothing. We have tried to join both the room and a game that has started and the error message 'Unable to join game session' automatically appears.

Any valid solution please? Thank you.

Your port forward rule could be wrong or a firewall is blocking something etc

Resxt i opened the specific port for Black Ops 2, opened all ports with DMZ, disabled firewall and windows denfender, nothing works.
