can't connect to multiplayer

whenever i try to join a multiplayer match it'll let me in for maybe 10 seconds before giving me a black screen. an error code shows up but i can't alt tab over to it. it says I can go look at it in users/appdata but i don't have an appdata file in my users file. idk if it has to do with my NAT or something. i also can't even use the crash id because it's always different

skynet89 you cannot not have an appdata (here it's localappdata) folder. That's part of Windows and tons of apps use it
As for your issue try this
Go in the menu, press P and change player limit to 1 then save
Open it again and change it to the max then save again -
