Dlc's not working and the torrent file is not accesable.

the DLCs arnt working and when i looked around plutonium to see if anyone had the same problem i found a torrent file that Dss0 sent to players with the same problem, my problem right now is that i cant acces that file. what do i do?

The only official response will be either to buy the dlcs or a ban if you ask too many times.
