Black ops 2 wont start

So i have this problem, where i have correctly installed bo2 through piry, and set the correct path in plutonium launcher, but everytime i press play in bo2 multiplayer or zombies in hte launcher, the launcher freezes for a few econds, and then crashes without starting bo2. Ive tried disabling antivirus, making plutonium folder an aexception in antivirus, completely reistalling bo2 with piry, and nothing has worked by far. last night i reset my windows, and plutonium was working before that, but now that i reinstalled it doesnt work.

Can you please explain the process for me because I'm getting the same issue.

You just download the redists and directx, run the redists and dxsetup.exe inside directx folder, and you should be good to go.
