      Can you check if you've selected the correct game folder in game settings of the launcher?

          Can you show me a screenshot of your game settings in the launcher and a screenshot of your bo2 folder?

              Looks good, not sure what's causing it. Is your pc's date/time correct and synchronized? Also try adding plutonium in %localappdata% to exclusions in defender/whatever antivirus you use.

                  Try logging out in the launcher and log in again.

                      mashed i dont know if your issue has been solved yet or not.. but try using a VPN service.. good luck..
