changing mw3 files to another folder

so I've decided to download mw3 and downloaded the files through steam and saw the files path, it's drive(f)/steamlibrary/steamapps/common/ call of duty modern warfare 3, the problems is i wanna change the path to smth shorter like f/mw3 so if anything happens i can quickly access the files instead of going through hella folders, can i do that? will i run into any problems if do that?
