Zombies mode doesn't open

when im starting bo2 zombies in the launcher 2 programms open: a bootstrapper and black ops 2 zombies and i hear the music,but when i click on bo2 zombies everything is black and after 4 seconds or so im at my desktop and the programms are still open.

i can't too,the error is sound bank buried is not found
