bo2 steam dlc not working

I own the game and all DLCs through Steam. I can run everything fine through plutonium, but when I run a solo/custom game of any DLC map it will start the intro video and crash about five seconds in.
It allows me to join DLC servers but I want to run solo with mods. -
Do you have any scripts/mods/textures? Try removing them

no, I'm running a clean/fresh install of bo2 and plutonium. I have even tried uninstalling and reinstalling both.
