BO2 Crashing on BootCamp

I'm currently running Windows 10 via BootCamp on a 2018 MacBook Pro. Everytime I start up a game, online or custom, Plutonium crashes. I'll get to the loading screen and it'll usually crash at the "Awaiting challenges" part of the loading.
In the crash dump, two different crashes, both times it was Exception Code: 0xC0000005. The first crash was Exception Address: 0x13B857FE. The second one was Exception Address: 0x13B85C99.
Any ideas on what I can do?
