Cannot see friends on friend list bo2 zombies

Me and my friend both follow each other on the plutonium website, but I CANNOT see his name in my friends list in bo2(or any of my friends for that matter), and he says he CAN see my name on his friendlist but I am permanently offline and he can not invite or join me to games.

Try checking your firewall and restart plutonium.
