Unable to look around in BO2

my mouse is never on my screen and can not click anything in menus, mouse buttons work in game but am unable to look around!

Hadi77KSA tried this still doesnt work. is it really voicemeeter causing a problem because it worked just fine yesterday

update: I deleted the plutonium folder from appdata/local and reran the plutonium exe and it worked
